Fill out the "Join now" application form. If you already have a website we'll audit it to make sure it's in good working order and make recommendations if required. We'll then be in touch to organise your free consultation where we can discuss your requirements and which package is right for you.
Changes to menu items / text corrections / 1 post upload with content and image provided / style tweaks such as colour or font changes.
Broken functionality usually due to javascript, php or css errors when code gets out of date due to software or browser upgrades.
Malware removal / contact form or email delivery problems / WooCommerce checkout errors / server errors / DNS errors / plugin conflict debugging.
You can either upgrade your plan or purchase a one-off fix or update. Extra updates and bug fixes are charged at £50 per hour with a minimum charge of £50. Major site fixes are charged at £100 per hour with a minimum charge of £100.
